Production Diary - Script

Our next step was to create a script for the Opening sequence. Daisy and I brainstormed an idea to have a voice over of the character, instead of normal dialogue. We wanted to incorporate a quote into the opening sequence and so we set out to find a quote that is appropriate to the story.

This is the Quote we chose:

“Ordinary riches can be stolen, real riches cannot. In your soul there are infinitely precious things that cannot be taken from you.” – Oscar Wilde

Following the chosen quote, we each incorporated it into our own creation and came up with a line each. We then highlighted our favourite parts of the lines we had written and merged them together into one line to ensure we got the best out of both of our ideas.

Below, the word document shows our process from the beginning to the end of script writing.
